I commissioned John Elliott to remove my old boiler and install a new boiler following his visit which involved a thorough explanation regarding the work to be carried out. His subsequent quotation was prompt and detailed, and cost was competitive. The work was completed within two days with John working non stop. On completion he explained carefully how everything works. All rubbish was removed and my house was left clean. I had two non-boiler related problems which John was happy to sort out for me. All in all, I am pleased with the work and I am happy to recommend John who is knowledgeable and professional as well as helpful and friendly.

New boiler install, approved Vaillant installer, with 10-year guarantee - John, was polite and communicative at all times throughout the installation. The details of the work required were clear from the outset, carried out timely and with quality and priced competitively. We will use Elliotts Plumbing again and would recommend them.

John is extremely experienced in his field and was able to quickly recognise what was needed. He attended very quickly and explained clearly in layman's terms what was required. Would definitely recommend using his services to anyone

John is a loyal and trusted tradesman that we have come to value greatly over the years. He is reliable and organised and can always be counted upon in times of need - like when the boiler fails and it’s 6 degrees outside! His knowledge and skill set is extensive and he always takes the trouble to explain in detail his solution to fixing the problem.
Over the years, John has remedied so many of the plumbing issues that we inherited from the previous owner and happily, everything is ticking over nicely now.
